I got present.
A friend gave me a nice set of charcoals today in exchange for a sketch. Here's the sketch I did for her with the set of charcoals she gave me.

Self taught, but my fellow webcomic artists such as Clay and Hyung Sun Kim really gave me a lot of help learning how to draw.

Still, it's very impressive. Actually, you sometimes use materials in ways that I never think of (like using washable markers as water colours).

That is amazing!

By the way, if you happen to get really really bored with nothing better to do, could you flip through my admittedly crappy scribbles and tell me how I can get better? I know, art classes, but the last time I tried taking an art class (life drawing) they asked me not to bother coming back next semester.
